Chiroptera No Promises Demo + Patch 1.1 Out NOW! (Written on October 17th, 2025)
- Remember when I said i'd take a break from Archa to focus on other projects? This is one of them. Chiroptera is a platformer-roguelite i'm working on. Think of this Demo as a sort of prototype.
Archa v2025.9.1 is OUT! + Break Announcement (Written on October 3rd, 2025)
- Archa: The Lunar Update is out on Itch and Gamejolt and coming soon to GX.games and Newgrounds. After this update, I will be taking a break from working on Archa to focus on other projects or games. This pause will probably be a few weeks or days. Also, I have a strawpage now! Something about the development of Archa's 6th Level (Written on May 31st, 2025)
- You may have noticed that v2025.5.1 had an Experimental level that is considered Level 6. However, I realized that I had better ideas for Level 6, and the one seen in v2025.5.1 will probably be used somewhere else (maybe in Lobby X?). Because of this, Level 6 will not be the level shown there. I already have new ideas for the REAL Level 6 that i would consider better than what was considered for the other one.
Archa: The Fashionably Late Update OUT NOW! (Written on May 22nd, 2025)
- v2025.5.1 just released today! It's a bit on the smaller side, mainly only focusing on adding the new boss and some QoL changes, but I hope you all enjoy what it has. Since summer has just started for me, I'll try to make the next update a bit bigger than this one. See you in June or July!
Archa: The Swamp Update Coming VERY Soon! (Written on February 24th, 2025)
- Snippet b080-NemyPlce3, released yesterday, was the final NemyPlce build for Archa's upcoming Swamp Update. This means that every enemy on Level 4 Act 1 has been placed. The next few Snippets will be Pre-Releases, which means the update is feature-complete, and will mostly be receiving bug-fixes. Pre-Release 1 will de-experimentify Level 4 Act 1, and will allow the player to finally finish the act. Archa's Swamp Update will most likely be released in March 2025.
A Change in How I Will Update Archa (Written on February 17th, 2025)
- Archa v0.B.076, the latest release of Archa, released in August 8th, 2024. This was 193 days ago! This also means that the latest release may contain bugs not present in the Snippets, and those who only play the Releases will have a heavily outdated version of Archa, and I want to change that. After v0.B.080, I'm considering releasing the Release versions of Archa monthly, and features that are not yet finished would be in the Experimental Features setting. Snippets would still release weekly when I can. What do you think?
