Every Archa build before v2025.6.1 has been compiled through the YoYo Compiler (YYC). It obscures game code and has not been decompiled, making it harder to modify. However, v2025.6.1 and above will be compiled through VM, allowing the modification of game code through UndertaleModTool. If you want to distribute your mod, make sure:

• It’s as a .xdelta file.
• It does not contain the game itself or a copy of it and only functions if the user already legally owns the game or has a downloaded copy of it.
• It’s free (accepting donations is allowed as long as there are no paywalled features.)
• It does not contain any form of malware, adware, ransomware, or spyware.
• It does not contain ads on the software itself.
• To explain the changes the mod makes.
• To explain what version of the game they modify, as different versions may not be compatible with certain mods.
